Hellizer Private Limited Return, Refund, Cancellation, and Shipping Policy
1. Cancellation of Orders
Order Cancellation Process:
To cancel an order, log in to your account and go to the Manage Order section.
If you placed the order without logging in, write to us at support@hellizer.in or call us at +91-8401009732
Cancellation after Shipment:
If the order has already been shipped, the refund shall be initiated after we receive the returned products and verify their condition.

2. Return/Exchange Policy
The products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged.
Returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:
The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
The product is used or altered by the customer.
If the request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery.

3. Refund Policy (For Returns/Cancellations)
Refunds shall be initiated after the returned product is delivered back to us and its quality is verified.
For Prepaid Orders:
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
It may take 15 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
The refund amount will be transferred to your Paytm wallet or bank account, as per your preference and details shared.
Refund will be initiated once the request is processed.
If you are still contacted for delivery, please refuse the package.

4. Shipping Policy
Orders will be dispatched within 48-72 working hours from order confirmation.
Once dispatched, the order will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
Deliveries are handled by third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services.
Delivery timings are usually between 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
